Senior Medical Device Account Consultant (Healthcare, Denmark)

Job summary

This role involves providing clinical and technical support for a medical technology product focused on cardiac ablation, specifically the AFFERA™ Mapping and Ablation System. The position requires collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure effective use and acceptance of the technology in medical settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical or medical engineering or related scientific fields; IBHRE or equivalent certification is advantageous.
• Clinical experience in electrophysiology (EP) with a strong understanding of 3D Mapping systems.
• Proven ability to work independently in EP Labs and achieve vendor credentialing.
• Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sectors.
• Proficient in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical and technical assistance to physicians and EP Lab staff on the AFFERA™ system and related equipment.
• Facilitate the planning and installation of the AFFERA™ Mapping and Ablation System, collaborating with technical teams.
• Support the development of training centers and assist with technical troubleshooting alongside field service engineers.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with customers and mentor new colleagues as needed.
• Stay updated on product information and relevant scientific literature.
• Participate in regional and international medical congresses and workshops.

• Excellent planning and prioritization skills to maximize case coverage.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
