Job summary

This role focuses on establishing and enhancing a master data management (MDM) practice to ensure structured, governed, and high-quality master data across the organization. The specialist will contribute to the development of MDM standards and support efficient business processes and compliance.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in master data management.
• Strong understanding of master data concepts, structures, hierarchies, and lifecycle processes.
• Proven experience in data cleansing, standardization, enrichment, validation, and migration.
• Familiarity with defining and improving data governance frameworks and controls.
• Ability to work collaboratively across business functions and IT.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of master data standards and governance.
• Ensure high-quality master data through defined controls and monitoring.
