Qualifications

• 3+ years in management consultancy or 4-5+ years in an internal FMCG transformation role
• Proven track record of delivering significant initiatives
• Familiarity with various transformation methodologies, including agile and classical approaches
• Strong communication and partner engagement skills
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures

Responsibilities

• Transform strategic initiatives into actionable implementation plans
• Develop clear value propositions using business cases and appropriate frameworks
• Build a comprehensive transformation approach ensuring effective change management
• Gather and analyze relevant data to support robust implementation
• Co-drive projects and ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Engage with partners and challenge them constructively during implementation
