Senior Manager, Cloud Operations

Job summary

The role involves leading the Cloud Operations team responsible for the operational management of key platform services, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and identity services. The position requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership to ensure high availability and continuous improvement of these platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading technical teams focused on cloud platforms or enterprise IT operations.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and identity platforms such as Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Experience in managing critical production platforms and resolving complex incidents.
• Ability to combine technical credibility with effective people leadership.
• Experience in enhancing operational maturity through automation and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Cloud Operations team, fostering a culture of ownership and operational excellence.
• Ensure reliable operation and management of Azure, Microsoft 365, and identity services.
• Oversee third-level support for complex incidents and platform issues.
• Act as a leader and escalation point for cloud and identity topics.
• Drive improvements in automation, monitoring, and incident management to enhance platform stability.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams for the evolution of cloud and identity platforms.
