Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in a top-tier law firm or leading international practice.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-jurisdictional legal matters independently.
• Strong commercial acumen and alignment of legal advice with business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex legal concepts.
• Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities in fast-paced settings.
• Proficient with modern digital tools, including Google Workspace and AI platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end legal support for international expansion, including entity structuring and regulatory approvals.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Support corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions and due diligence processes.
• Manage cross-functional legal projects in collaboration with various internal teams.
• Monitor regulatory frameworks and provide actionable guidance to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory obligations in various jurisdictions.
• Act as a trusted advisor on commercial, regulatory, and employment legal matters.
• Coordinate with external counsel for effective legal outcomes.
