Senior Lean Specialist

Job summary

The Senior Lean Specialist will be instrumental in advancing lean standardization across processes within a GMP-regulated environment. This role involves leading process mapping activities, facilitating structured problem-solving, and providing guidance to production teams without relying on formal authority.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in a similar role within a GMP-regulated environment
• Lean qualification such as Lean Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven informal leadership experience
• Ability to drive complex, structured problem-solving
• Capacity to navigate and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

• Drive lean standardization of processes across the organization
• Lead and facilitate process mapping activities at all levels
• Train and coach employees in structured problem-solving techniques
• Act as a sparring partner for department management on continuous improvement initiatives

Skills

Education
