Senior Lead Analyst - Cyber Investigations Assurance

Job summary

The role involves supporting the response to cyber incidents and sensitive investigations within a global organization. The Senior Lead Analyst will coordinate internal investigations, ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory standards while managing external partners for forensic and investigative support.

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber incidents, investigations, forensics, compliance, audit, or assurance within a complex organization.
• Strong understanding of governance, independence, and confidentiality in sensitive cases.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and external partners under time constraints.
• Excellent judgement, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in delivering red team and adversary simulation reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support cyber incident, SpeakUp, and other investigation activities, including intake, triage, escalation, and case management.
• Own investigation governance, documentation standards, evidence handling requirements, and SLA oversight.
• Manage and oversee external forensic and investigation partners, ensuring readiness and quality assurance.
• Support assurance and audit-related activities within Global Information Security Governance & Assurance.
• Drive continuous improvement of incident management and investigation procedures.
• Lead end-to-end cyber investigations, including incident response, insider threat investigations, and data breach analysis.
• Design and lead enterprise-wide red team exercises, simulating various attack scenarios.
