Job summary

This role involves developing and enhancing high-performance Flutter applications for a social discovery platform used globally. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric features while maintaining code quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of commercial experience in Flutter and Dart development.
• Strong grasp of Flutter architecture, widgets, navigation, and state management solutions.
• Proven experience in building responsive UI components and optimizing mobile interfaces.
• Familiarity with mobile application lifecycle and debugging tools.
• Experience in writing unit and widget tests for code reliability.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Proficient in integrating RESTful APIs and authentication mechanisms.
• Understanding of clean code principles and Agile methodologies.
• Effective communication skills in English and fluency in Russian.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of features from design to production.
• Design and implement scalable Flutter applications focusing on performance and usability.
• Review technical specifications and present architectural decisions.
• Develop clean, modular code and conduct peer reviews.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and backend developers.
• Support QA and release processes by resolving issues.
• Ensure application stability and performance across platforms.
• Participate in CI/CD workflows and app store releases.
• Maintain technical documentation and manage technical debt.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies and team discussions for product improvement.

Skills

• Proficiency in Flutter and Dart, with a strong understanding of architecture and state management.
• Experience with performance optimization and debugging tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and RESTful API integration.
• Strong knowledge of clean code and Agile practices.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in software development is preferred.
