Senior Expert in Regulations & Data Protection Management (Renewables, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves the development and optimization of company-wide management systems and data protection practices, particularly focusing on compliance with ISO standards and data protection regulations in Denmark. The position requires strong communication skills to engage various stakeholders and ensure effective implementation of processes.

Qualifications

• University degree in law, economics, natural sciences, IT, or a comparable field.
• Professional experience in management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, 55001) and data protection.
• Ideally holds QM certification or similar qualifications, along with IAPP data protection certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize management systems in line with ISO standards, addressing potential issues and overseeing processes.
• Manage corporate governance documentation and coordinate necessary processes across the organization.
• Support departments in complying with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Ensure accurate documentation for rules and process management, assisting departments with IT systems.
• Provide data protection advice and manage related processes independently.
• Plan and implement projects for governance improvement, including audits and training.

Skills

• Proactive and independent problem-solving abilities with an analytical mindset.
• Strong presentation skills, capable of communicating effectively at all organizational levels.
• Experience in data protection consulting and process optimization.

Education

• University degree in relevant fields such as law, economics, or IT.
