• Over 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in leadership roles managing engineering teams.
• Proven technical credibility to hire, mentor, and challenge engineers at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive measurable AI adoption across business functions, ensuring outcomes are tracked against existing KPIs.
• Oversee the AI enablement program, including the champion network and AI literacy initiatives.
• Define and grow the enablement function, including hiring for necessary roles.
• Lead a mixed organization of engineers and enablement staff, managing hiring, performance, and career development.
• Shape the roadmap for the Office of AI platform, enhancing existing tools and introducing new capabilities.
• Make informed decisions on technical designs and evaluate team outputs for quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure safe and effective AI capabilities are delivered.
