Job summary

The role involves leading engineering teams focused on delivering scalable data platforms and AI-enabled applications. The Senior Engineering Manager will ensure alignment with enterprise strategies and drive execution across data engineering and platform development.

Qualifications

• MS or BS in Computer Science or a related field.
• 18+ years of experience in technology leadership roles.
• Experience leading teams as Engineering Manager, Senior Engineering Manager, or Director.
• Strong experience with data platforms, pipelines, and analytics ecosystems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and modern DevOps practices.
• Understanding of AI/ML platforms and data requirements for AI use cases.
• Strong stakeholder management and execution leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of data platforms and AI-enabled applications for enterprise use cases.
• Enable agentic AI adoption and ensure data pipelines support AI-driven workflows.
• Drive the development of integrated data foundations for end-to-end visibility.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and cloud strategies.
• Lead and develop high-performing engineering teams across data and AI domains.
• Ensure solutions are designed for scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Optimize platform costs through efficient architecture and cloud usage.
• Collaborate across various teams to influence decisions impacting data and AI platforms.

Skills

• Strong leadership in data platforms, analytics, or AI domains.
• Proven track record in delivering scalable data solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of data engineering and distributed systems.

Education

• MS or BS in Computer Science or a related field.

Tools
