Qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives, particularly in energy transition or decarbonisation.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing operating systems that yield measurable results.
• Master's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with budget management, asset planning, and operational processes.
• Strong communication skills for aligning diverse stakeholder groups.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement the decarbonisation roadmap by creating an execution framework that integrates green fuel budgets and operational plans.
• Develop and uphold governance and performance management structures to ensure consistent progress towards decarbonisation goals.
• Break down long-term decarbonisation strategies into actionable milestones and integrated delivery plans.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment on execution plans, managing risks and dependencies effectively.
• Monitor and report on Scope 1 emissions delivery, ensuring transparency and proactive communication with senior leadership.
• Engage directly in tasks as needed, focusing on achieving results through robust execution systems.
