Job summary

The role involves contributing to the development of innovative electro-acoustic solutions for hearing instruments within a dedicated R&D team. The position focuses on the design, verification, and maturation of electro-acoustic concepts, ensuring high-quality performance in hearing aid solutions.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering with a focus on electro-acoustics
• Several years of experience in electro-acoustic development
• Strong qualifications in sound quality, acoustic measurements, vibro-acoustics, and sound path design
• Experience with electro-acoustic or magnetic designs of hearing instruments or similar products is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Design and develop acoustic systems
• Calibrate and set platforms
• Create design specifications
• Select components such as transducers, microphones, and receivers/speakers
• Test, verify, and document the electro-acoustic performance of hardware platforms
• Estimate efforts and plan within an agile framework
