Senior Electrical Specialist

Job summary

This role involves leading electrical engineering efforts for large-scale construction projects across EMEA, contributing to the Next Generation Factory programme aimed at enhancing manufacturing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in electrical engineering, including HV, MV, LV, and control systems.
• Proven project management experience in complex industrial or construction projects.
• Familiarity with international engineering standards and local regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in English (Level 13 / C1).

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design and implementation for major projects, ensuring compliance with global standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams.
• Review design documentation for compliance with specifications.
• Ensure quality and compliance on-site through verification of installations.
• Manage risks and non-conformances, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders for efficient project execution.
• Contribute to the Next Generation Factory programme and support factory concept development.
