Job summary

The role involves leading the electrical engineering scope for various projects focused on green energy systems, including both large multidisciplinary and smaller specialized projects. The position is based in Esbjerg or Copenhagen, Denmark, and requires collaboration within a team of experts in high, medium, and low voltage systems.

Qualifications

  • Certified Electrician (elinstallatør), Marine Engineer (Maskinmester), B.Sc./B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering, M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, or similar background.
  • Proven experience in designing electrical systems, preferably in power plants, district heating, or heavy industries.
  • Strong knowledge of MV and LV design and specifications.
  • Proficient in English, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the electrical engineering scope in projects from early development to construction.
  • Design, develop, optimize, and standardize technical solutions for MV and LV systems.
  • Create engineering specifications and technical datasheets for electrical equipment, including power transformers and switchgear.
  • Collaborate with procurement and manage technical clarifications with vendors.
  • Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and commissioning activities.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Education

  • Relevant educational background in electrical engineering or related fields.
