Senior Director of Engineering (Fintech)

Job summary

This role involves leading engineering teams in the Reporting area, focusing on data warehousing and client communication solutions for financial institutions. Qualifications

• At least three years of experience leading cross-functional teams in medium to large product areas or enterprise solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile practices in R&D.
• Extensive technical expertise in data warehousing and reporting platforms, such as Snowflake.
• Experience with AI tools in the software development lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of core engineering practices including testing methodologies, coding, CI/CD, and security.
