• Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, particularly with C-level executives.
• Proficient in modern project delivery methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP to implement the agency's transformation roadmap and ensure operational alignment.
• Design and optimize delivery processes and performance tracking for scalable growth.
• Lead a cross-functional team to execute high-impact digital and commerce projects.
• Build strong relationships with key business partners and act as the operational point of contact.
• Implement best-practice delivery frameworks and identify delivery risks proactively.
• Drive the adoption of new tools and workflows to enhance collaboration and decision-making.
