Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant industry experience
• 3+ years in payments, fintech, or advisory roles with large clients
• Strong understanding of tokenization, blockchain, and digital asset regulations

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative insights and actionable strategies for clients
• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify client needs and barriers
• Research and predict market trends to inform clients
• Create high-value presentation materials for events and client briefings
• Support sales efforts by providing market insights
• Mentor junior team members and participate in team discussions
