Job summary

The role involves working with data insights to build analytics strategies that influence business decisions within the Asset & Wealth Management sector. The position is part of a Nordic team focused on digital sales and engagement, aiming to enhance operational excellence and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in digital or web analytics roles.
• Strong proficiency in web analytics platforms, preferably Adobe Analytics.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and performance measurement.
• Experience in A/B testing and personalization initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Finnish or Swedish is a plus.
• Relevant university degree in digital marketing, IT, statistics, business analytics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze web, app, and campaign behaviors to derive actionable insights for targeting and conversion optimization.
• Visualize digital performance data and translate findings into business insights.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and customer behavior.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics for digital initiatives.
• Support A/B and multivariate testing across campaigns and digital experiences.
• Contribute to the enhancement of measurement frameworks for digital channels.
