Senior Data Scientist (Supply Chain, Remote)

Job summary

This role focuses on developing and maintaining AI/ML models and automation tools for supply chain master data as part of a global initiative aimed at enhancing data-driven decision-making and automation in supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI development, with a proven track record of deploying models in production.
• Experience in supply chain or operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine optimization and simulation algorithms for supply chain planning.
• Develop and deploy predictive machine learning models to enhance decision-making.
• Implement generative AI and NLP solutions for data management automation.
• Create AI agents and RPA bots to manage repetitive tasks and resolve data issues.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of data science solutions, ensuring high reliability and performance.
• Drive innovation in AI techniques and support phased delivery of AI enablement.

Skills

• Proficiency in Python and data analysis libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
• Experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) and agentic AI platforms.
• Knowledge of optimization techniques and tools for operations research.
• Familiarity with NLP and generative AI technologies.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
