Qualifications

• Educational background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field, preferably a PhD or master's degree.
• Strong theoretical foundation in mathematics, statistics, and algorithms.
• Comprehensive understanding of software development concepts, particularly in Python.

Responsibilities

• Lead the application of GenAI, Agentic AI, and multimodal ML across various projects.
• Drive innovation in AI products to address complex challenges and improve ML system performance.
• Architect, train, and evaluate foundational models, focusing on LLMs and multimodal systems.
• Share knowledge and contribute to the data science community within the organization.

Skills

• Proficiency in building and optimizing advanced AI systems, particularly for agentic and multimodal applications.
• Experience with accelerated and distributed computing, leveraging GPU/AI-Accelerator technologies.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale machine learning projects beyond notebook experimentation.
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with advancements in the field.

Tools

• Familiarity with frameworks such as PyTorch, Kedro, and Apache Beam.
