Qualifications

• 12-20 years of experience in data architecture and solution design.
• Proven expert knowledge of architecture design related to data.
• Strong understanding of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, cloud hosting, and integration technologies.
• Business-focused with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Azure, Databricks, and data architecture solutions.
• Stay updated on current and emerging technology trends and their business impact.
• Develop and maintain documentation such as POCs, reference architectures, and roadmaps.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Collaborate with Capability CTOs and technical SMEs to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure that architectural designs adhere to standards and leverage reusable components.

Skills

• Strong experience in Enterprise and Solution Architecture roles.
• Good knowledge of infrastructure, networking, security, and integration domains.
• Understanding of project management concepts and technical debt.
• Ability to mentor and coach junior colleagues.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Tools

• Familiarity with Databricks, AWS, GCP, and knowledge of GDPR and ISO 27001 is desirable.
