Senior Consultant (Strategy & Transformation, Remote)

Job summary

This position involves contributing to the execution of a Nordic strategy and managing complex transformation initiatives within a consultancy environment. The role requires collaboration with C-suite executives and business leaders to drive strategic priorities across the Nordic region.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in strategy, transformation, or management consulting.
• Proven success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage transformation initiatives aligned with the Nordic strategic agenda.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and coordinate monthly executive meetings, including agenda and materials.
• Develop and maintain reporting on the transformation roadmap, ensuring visibility into key metrics and risks.
• Facilitate stakeholder conversations across senior leadership and business units.
