Qualifications

• Medical degree or equivalent clinical background with significant clinical experience.
• In-depth understanding of clinical workflows and decision-making processes.
• Ability to synthesize literature and real-world practice into clear guidance.
• High ownership and comfort in ambiguous, cross-functional environments.
• Strong communication skills across clinical, technical, and commercial domains.
• Basic familiarity with agentic coding.

Responsibilities

• Act as a clinical counterpart in partner and customer collaborations, advising on the application of technology.
• Formulate and articulate independent clinical positions, challenging assumptions when necessary.
• Identify and assess clinical risks and edge cases in applied use cases.
• Translate insights from engagements into product and evaluation recommendations.
• Contribute to clinical validation and regulatory input, reviewing relevant literature.
• Maintain a current understanding of the technical platform and engage with new capabilities.
• Provide guidance on AI behavior in complex clinical scenarios.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to reflect clinical realities in product decisions.
• Enhance external credibility through rigorous clinical contributions.
