Senior Claims Manager (Renewable Energy, Remote)

Job summary

The role involves leading the claims strategy and managing dispute resolution activities for offshore wind projects. The Senior Claims Manager will ensure proactive claims management aligned with project objectives and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in a commercial subject, legal, engineering, or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in claims management for large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly in offshore wind or similar sectors.
• Proven track record in managing complex disputes and arbitration processes.
• In-depth knowledge of FIDIC and LOGIC contracts, as well as legal and commercial terms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire claims process in collaboration with the Project Management team.
• Define and implement claims strategies, including negotiation and escalation paths.
• Draft and manage claim notices and related documentation.
• Collaborate with external experts for delay analyses and technical evaluations.
• Lead settlement negotiations and manage escalation to formal dispute resolution.
• Support final account calculations and contract close-out processes.
