Senior Business Analyst (Healthcare, Denmark)

Job summary

The Senior Business Analyst plays a crucial role in translating automation, analytics, and AI initiatives into scalable solutions that enhance clinical trial operations. This position focuses on driving operational efficiency, quality, and compliance through data-driven and digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business analytics, computer science, engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, process improvement, or technology-enabled transformation within the healthcare sector
• Proven experience in designing and delivering automation/analytics/AI-enabled solutions
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and basic data querying (SQL or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of business cases, including problem definition, options analysis, and compliance considerations
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of country-level tools and solutions, such as dashboards and workflow automation
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and manage the build, testing, and deployment processes
• Conduct lifecycle management of developed solutions, ensuring compliance and effective user adoption
• Develop analytics and visualization tools to support data-informed decision-making
• Define success metrics and implement continuous improvement processes
• Manage change for local deployments, including training and stakeholder engagement

• Strong communication and influencing skills to present technical topics to non-technical audiences
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities with a structured analysis approach
• Familiarity with Agile/Lean practices and program/project management methodologies

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred
