Senior AI Solutions Developer (Finance, Remote)

Job summary

Seeking a senior expert to design, build, and operationalize production-grade AI agents and automations in Asset & Wealth Management, focusing on Private Banking. This role involves leading end-to-end delivery, from defining business problems to implementing secure and well-governed agent solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and AWS.

Qualifications

• Over 7 years of experience in building enterprise solutions on Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
• Strong cloud experience with Azure and AWS, particularly in deploying AI services and integrating with enterprise systems.
• Hands-on experience with agentic/LLM solution patterns and generative AI applications.
• Proficient in Python and Java, with experience in automation, data processing, and API integrations.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery process from ideation to production, including framing business problems and shaping solution designs.
• Ensure operational readiness and continuous improvement of deployed agents.
• Build and evolve agent solutions, integrating with enterprise systems via APIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure scalable implementation.
• Implement governance and safety measures for AI solutions in a regulated environment.
• Monitor agent behavior and optimize based on feedback and evaluations.

Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python and Java.
• Experience with generative AI applications and responsible AI practices.
• Ability to document and version workflows and prompts.

Education

• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
