Senior AI Engineer

Job summary

The role involves developing AI solutions that enhance innovation, data-driven decision-making, and customer experiences. As a Senior AI Engineer, you will work on model experimentation, deployment, and integration to create scalable AI applications.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering, specifically in designing and implementing AI solutions using Python.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including both discriminative and generative models.
• Experience with deploying and monitoring AI models in production, preferably on Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale end-to-end AI applications and MLOps pipelines.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI agent systems, including orchestration and monitoring.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and semantic search solutions.
• Research and develop AI models in areas such as NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
• Collaborate with data and platform engineers on complex projects.
• Manage AI workloads on Google Cloud Platform for optimal performance.

Skills

• Proficiency in Python and experience with AI model development.
• Hands-on experience with large language models and generative AI solutions.
• Ability to work independently on technical challenges while collaborating with stakeholders.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field; PhD preferred.

Tools

• Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Python, machine learning frameworks.
