Senior Agile Coach (Consultancy, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves driving significant change within a tech-enabled consultancy by coaching and mentoring product teams to enhance their performance and agility throughout the product life cycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product-oriented delivery.
• Hands-on experience in scaling agile methodologies.
• Ability to design and facilitate virtual training sessions.
• Experience in supporting structural, behavioral, and cultural shifts.
• Proficient in applying AI to improve team outcomes and efficiency.
• Relevant agile, coaching, or product certifications.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in the local language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coach cross-functional teams in lean agile practices and outcome-driven delivery.
• Guide teams through the entire product life cycle, from exploration to decommissioning.
• Coach Product Owners on discovery, prioritization, and outcome-focused planning.
• Design and deliver impactful training and facilitation in various formats.
• Build product-oriented delivery capabilities across teams and leadership.
• Scale agile practices across multiple teams and business areas.

• Framework agnostic approach to agile practices.

Education
