Job summary

The role involves enhancing the security of applications and software delivery processes by integrating security into development practices. The Security Architect will collaborate with various teams to ensure secure software development and support the adoption of new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Integrate security into software development processes and engineering practices.
• Conduct application security reviews, threat modeling, and security assessments.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities.
• Implement and improve application security capabilities, including SAST, DAST, and API Security.
• Provide guidance on secure software design and coding practices.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines.
• Define and maintain application security standards and best practices.
• Support vulnerability management processes and reporting.
• Contribute to developer enablement through training and workshops.
• Monitor industry developments in application security.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of secure software development and application security concepts.
• Familiarity with application security risks and industry standards like OWASP.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and software delivery processes.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
