Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in people leadership, including coaching and performance management.
• Strong understanding of factory operations and Plant Engineering disciplines such as line design and process engineering.
• Experience with process design and technical running-in.
• Knowledge of engineering standards and stage-gate processes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate across various functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Plant Engineering team, providing coaching and feedback.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Act as the senior technical quality gate for line functionality.
• Align civil input and line layout processes with project requirements.
• Apply standards consistently and consolidate feedback for improvements.
