Job summary

As a Robotics Software Engineer, you will be part of a cross-functional team focused on developing innovative solutions for logistic sortation systems. Your role will involve designing and implementing software for robotic platforms to enhance efficiency in logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, engineering, physics, or a related field.
• Experience with robotics and automation technologies, ideally in a similar industry.
• Proficient in developing near real-time software, with strong knowledge of C#. Familiarity with Python, Docker, and microservice architecture is a plus.
• Interest in robotics software, particularly with computer vision applications.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong understanding of geometry and spatial reasoning for modeling and calculating physical dimensions and movements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and debug software for industrial PCs and robotic platforms, including communication and computer vision applications.
• Configure, program, and integrate industrial robots and motion control systems.
• Conduct geometric and spatial calculations related to robot motion and object positioning.
• Participate in the development of new products from prototypes to market-ready solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across various disciplines and locations.

Skills

• Proficiency in C# and experience with robotics and automation technologies.
• Knowledge of Python, Docker, and microservice architecture is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, physics, or a related field.
