Retail Supervisor (Full Time, Fashion, Ringsted)

Job summary

The role involves assisting the Store Manager in overseeing the store's operations to achieve sales and profitability targets while providing exceptional customer service. The Supervisor will play a key role in enhancing customer experiences and maximizing sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales, particularly in a luxury brand setting.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, at all organizational levels.
• Ability to lead, motivate, train, and develop a team through active management.
• Previous supervisory experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in managing daily store operations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Maximize sales opportunities to meet store and individual targets.
• Ensure accurate till management, including processing refunds and cashing up when required.

Skills

Education

• Relevant experience in retail management or a related field is preferred.
