Job summary

The Floor Manager will be responsible for enhancing customer experiences in a flagship retail store. This role involves leading a dedicated team to create a welcoming environment while ensuring operational excellence and driving sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level customer service through expert styling and product knowledge.
  • Analyze sales data to improve department performance in collaboration with management.
  • Lead and motivate Sales Advisors to meet service and presentation standards.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  • Identify and develop future talent within the team.
  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and brand alignment.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Step in as Store Manager when necessary to maintain leadership continuity.

Skills

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Understanding of retail KPIs and their application in driving performance.

Education

  • Relevant experience in retail management or a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with retail management software and sales analysis tools is beneficial.
