Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership position within a full-service restaurant.
  • Background in luxury hotels, lifestyle brands, or high-end restaurants is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Natural leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Experience in staff scheduling, workforce planning, and daily operational management.
  • Familiarity with union agreements and local labor regulations is advantageous.
  • Proficient in cost control and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills and professional handling of challenges.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours as needed.
