Job summary

This role involves providing high-quality technical support through remote diagnostics and on-site assistance for healthcare customers, particularly focusing on Computed Tomography (CT) systems in the Nordic region, especially Denmark.

Qualifications

  • University-level technical education, such as a BSc or equivalent, in medical technology.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in medical technology, particularly with imaging systems and X-ray.
  • Proven experience in delivering remote technical support with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in team settings.
  • Fluency in Danish and English is required; proficiency in other Nordic languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by acting as a representative, responding to inquiries, and providing remote technical support.
  • Utilize company tools to resolve customer service issues and escalate product concerns as needed.
  • Support the local service organization by monitoring service jobs and performing necessary security updates.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to stay updated on technological advancements affecting products.
  • Enhance productivity through the use of remote tools, implementing best practices, and diagnosing issues effectively.

Education

  • A degree in medical technology or a related field is required.
