About the role

Job summary

The role involves leading agile transformations within a global IT operations environment, focusing on enhancing the effectiveness of the Global Service Desk & IT Support team. The position emphasizes collaboration, coaching, and continuous improvement in agile methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Over 4 years of experience in agile transformations, preferably in large organizations.
  • Proven leadership experience with high-performing teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Drive ongoing effectiveness in collaboration with the ART leadership team.
  • Act as an agile champion, coach, and leader for the team.
  • Monitor and resolve impediments, escalating when necessary.
  • Lead teams and stakeholders in adopting agile practices.
  • Facilitate PI planning and other agile activities, including system demos and retrospectives.

Skills

  • Strong operational and transformation experience.
  • Ability to build trustful relationships and work independently.
  • Proficiency in coaching techniques and facilitation tools.
  • Capacity to adapt to changing priorities in a global environment.

Education

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Tools

  • Agile and Lean methodologies.
