Recovery and Loss Data Expert (Finance, Hybrid)

Job summary

This position focuses on the development of credit processes and solutions within a financial institution, specifically in the area of recovery and loss data. The role involves regulatory and modeling aspects, requiring collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance automated data collection processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in model development or related projects, particularly in credit processes or data management.
• Strong understanding of LGD models and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., EBA guidelines).
• Experience with high-risk credit management, including debt collection or reconstruction.
• Proficient in data handling and coding, preferably in Python.
• Familiarity with ECB as a regulatory body.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Fluency in English at a professional level.
