Job summary

This position offers a unique opportunity for a Master's level student to engage in cutting-edge research and development within the field of 6G cellular systems. The role involves transforming innovative test and measurement concepts into practical proof of concepts, working in a dynamic research lab environment.

Qualifications

• Master's level student in Telecom, Software, or AI Engineering.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Passion for tackling advanced test and measurement challenges.
• Must be enrolled in a local Aalborg faculty; no relocation support is provided.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of proof of concept for 5G and 6G technologies.
• Solve various telecom-related problems in the 6G network test space.
• Execute tests on partner networks and run experiments to evaluate network performance.
• Create testbeds for generating datasets for AI training.
• Maintain complex software instrument systems and cloud systems.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers and potentially integrate work with Master's thesis projects.

• Interest in designing methodologies for various engineering challenges.

Education

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.

Tools

• Familiarity with telecom testing equipment and software systems is a plus.
