Your new role
As our new Senior Consultant, you will take end-to-end ownership of global talent development programmes that drive performance and build strong talent pipelines across the organisation. Your role will include designing, managing and continually reinventing the talent programmes in close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure they remain impactful. You will be part of Talent Experience team that provide integrated approach to talent management, career growth and learning. We are responsible for performance and development process, talent review and succession process, career development framework, learning and talent programmes. We are part of Global Talent & Organisational Development Centres of Excellence that include also Leadership and Organisational Development, Strategic Workforce Planning, Engagement, EDI and Well-being.
