  • Oversee 'Stand-alone surveys' as the Epic owner
  • Collaborate on survey programming and dashboard development
  • Ensure data quality and automate processes

Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of Qualtrics or similar platforms
  • Experience in survey creation and management, preferably in a research or large organizational context
  • Familiarity with automation and data integration
  • Understanding of technical configurations
  • Knowledge of the business value of experience data
  • Experience in the financial sector is a plus
  • Proficient in English communication

Education

  • Relevant educational background in a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Qualtrics platform and related survey management tools.
