Quality Lead (On-site, Offshore Service, Aarhus)

Job summary

The Quality Lead for Offshore Service will be responsible for driving quality excellence and operational performance across Northern & Central Europe. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure quality is integrated into service execution and supporting the resolution of product quality issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Management or Service Operations.
• Experience in Offshore Operations or Wind Energy is preferred.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor with experience in conducting audits.
• Understanding of offshore service operations and customer quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner for Service Quality within Offshore Service, implementing quality strategies and best practices.
• Monitor and report on quality performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
• Facilitate the resolution of quality issues through RCA and CAPA processes.
• Collaborate with Product Lines and R&D to address product quality issues affecting operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and support ISO 9001 audits.
• Assist in reviewing customer quality requirements during bidding and contract processes.
