Qualifications

  • Strong people management abilities and experience in organizational development.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the direction for quality and EHS, collaborating with the leadership team.
  • Build and motivate a diverse team to foster high performance.
  • Act as a business partner to site leadership, handling customer audits and complaints.
  • Promote a zero-defect culture through defect elimination strategies.
  • Align QEHS initiatives with overall business strategy and manage substantial budgets.
  • Lead global initiatives for knowledge sharing and process alignment across sites.

Skills

  • Expert knowledge of quality processes and supply chain management, including certifications like IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and Six Sigma.
  • Proficiency in LEAN methodologies and failure analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex information clearly.

Education

  • Relevant degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with quality management systems and tools relevant to large-scale manufacturing.
