Responsibilities

• Assess current QA and testing practices across digital development teams.
• Define and establish an AI framework within the QA/testing practice.
• Set direction and requirements for AI integration at various QA stages.
• Identify, develop, and implement relevant AI tools for QA/testing.
• Promote the use of AI as a core component of QA and testing activities.
• Support Test Managers and QA/testers in enhancing efficiency and value creation throughout the development process.

Skills

• Strong engagement with existing solutions and complex development environments.
• Ability to implement AI-driven testing solutions effectively.

Education

• Relevant educational background in a related field is preferred.
