Responsibilities

• Lead QA efforts for one or more game projects.
• Develop, refine, and enhance QA processes in alignment with team needs.
• Manage relationships with external QA partners and resources.
• Assist the User Research team in assessing and enhancing player experiences.
• Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
• Create, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases.
• Identify, document, and verify software issues.
• Validate and approve builds and release candidates.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team culture.
• Experience with live-service games.
• Background in collaborating with external QA teams.
• Familiarity with automation in testing processes.
