Project Systems & Integration Engineer

Job summary

The Project Systems & Integration Engineer is responsible for setting up, configuring, and supporting an integrated project management systems landscape. This role involves translating business and project-control requirements into secure and maintainable solutions across various platforms, ensuring reliable data exchange and operational adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering Management, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, API testing, and system-to-system integration patterns.
• Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, C#, Python, and VBA/macros.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assess business processes and define target architecture and integration requirements.
• Configure platforms including Microsoft Power Platform, Oracle Primavera Cloud, Autodesk Forma, SAP Business ByDesign, and others.
• Design and maintain REST API interfaces between platforms.
• Develop utilities and automation scripts to enhance data quality and reduce manual effort.
• Manage data and interface, ensuring master-data rules and synchronization logic are defined.
• Prepare technical specifications and conduct testing, including unit and user-acceptance testing.
• Monitor integrations, troubleshoot incidents, and maintain system performance.
• Document architecture and configuration, and provide training to users.
