Qualifications

• Experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain companies, venture capital research, or traditional finance sectors such as investment banking or asset management.
• Familiarity with on-chain data platforms and the ability to interpret blockchain data.
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of blockchain technology, tokenomics, and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and initiative.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields is preferred; CFA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities
