Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in international business, finance, engineering, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in a global organization, managing cross-functional projects.
  • Project management skills, with a preference for experience in strategy execution and process improvement.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, particularly in preparing materials for senior leadership.
  • Experience in change management and working in matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

  • Support and enhance portfolio management routines for the strategy and innovation portfolio.
  • Develop and improve tools, templates, and processes for portfolio management.
  • Conduct portfolio analysis, providing insights for prioritization and strategic decision-making.
  • Manage selected cross-functional initiatives that align with the organization’s strategy.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations for senior leadership and other key audiences.
  • Assist in change management efforts related to strategic initiatives.

Skills

  • Structured thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Collaborative and inclusive approach with strong organizational awareness.
  • Skilled facilitator with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
