Job summary

This role involves leading project initiatives within a designated cluster, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of projects in the renewable energy sector. The Project Manager will engage with stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree in engineering or business, such as Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 3-5 years of project management experience, particularly with large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies like PRINCE2 or IPMA.
• Knowledge of quality assurance and HSE standards, including safety and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with governance structures and risk management processes.
• Proficient in SAP PPM, Power BI, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring delivery within time, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage financial aspects, scheduling, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.
• Ensure operational excellence and offshore readiness by aligning global standards with local execution.
• Act as an ambassador for the organization, fostering collaboration and compliance.
• Mentor colleagues and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
