Project Manager (Renewable Energy, Aarhus)

Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing documentation processes for the global deployment of wind turbines, collaborating with various teams across R&D and value chain sectors to ensure effective project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, manufacturing, construction, project management, business administration, technical communication, or a related field
• Preferred certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA)
• Several years of experience in project management or related environments, ideally in technical or engineering fields
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders is preferred
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI, with the ability to generate reports

Responsibilities

• Define and align documentation scope packages with various product platforms and value chain teams
• Manage the B-level documentation plan, including key milestones and training
• Communicate delivery timelines and milestones to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project plans
• Estimate and manage resource and cost budgets using SAP PPM
• Identify and address gaps in scope, budget, and timelines
• Handover documentation plans for execution and ensure stakeholder alignment
• Deliver customer projects in accordance with contractual obligations

• Analytical mindset with experience in using dashboards and KPIs
• Effective facilitation skills for meetings and workshops
• Capable of managing escalations and ensuring compliance with governance frameworks
• Proficient in risk and change management
